Delivery Policy & Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Timelines & Lead Times

We strive to deliver your luxury furniture safely and efficiently. Delivery times depend on stock availability and your location. In-Stock Items (Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Lahore): Delivery is typically completed within 5-7 business days. In-Stock Items (Other Cities): For locations outside the main hubs, delivery takes 14-21 business days. Import & Custom Orders: For non-stocked or made-to-order goods, the general lead time is 90-150 days, subject to political stability and natural conditions. Your sales representative will provide a specific delivery date at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth dispatch process, please note the following payment requirements: Standard Delivery: Delivery will only be initiated after receiving 100% of the invoice amount. Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Bank Cheques, or other financial instruments. For cheques, delivery is executed only after the funds have cleared/encashed in our assigned bank account. Custom/Import Orders: A 70% advance payment is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the goods are delivered. Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of ROVE Pakistan. Any increase in General Sales Tax (GST) or Dollar exchange rates will be charged additionally.

3. Assembly Services

We want your furniture to look perfect in your home. Inclusions: Product prices include assembling costs for customers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Lahore. Scheduling: Professional assemblers are deployed 2-3 business days after the delivery of the goods. Outside Major Cities: For deliveries and assembly outside of Islamabad/Lahore, the process may take 7-10 working days. Rescheduling: Any changes to the agreed assembly date/time by the customer may incur additional expenses.

4. Shipping Charges & Logistics

Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated as per standard rates and will be communicated to you by a Rove representative via phone or email upon order booking. Self-Pickup Liability: Rove Pakistan manages the safe delivery and assembly of all items. However, if a customer chooses to use their own commute/transport for delivery, the company is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

5. Storage, Returns & Cancellations

Storage Fees: If a customer fails to take delivery within one week of the intimation date, a warehousing charge of 2% per month (of the undelivered goods' price) will be applied. Return Policy: Once delivery is made, no returns, exchanges, changes, or cancellations are possible.
