Wooden and Panel Furniture Coverage

Our commitment to quality starts with our core materials. The standard warranty for all wooden and panel furniture is 6 months. This covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity.

However, certain actions will void this protection. Physical damage caused by negligence is not covered. You must also avoid using harsh chemical agents for cleaning. These chemicals can strip the finish and damage the wood. We advise using only a dry or slightly damp cloth. Proper care ensures your Warranty Terms & Conditions remain valid.

Sofa Sets and Upholstery Protection

We know that sofas are the center of your living room. Therefore, the warranty for sofa sets, upholstery, and fabrics is 1 year. This specific coverage focuses on three main areas. It covers the stitching quality of the product. It covers the durability of the fabric itself. Finally, it covers the strength of the base joints.

Please note that upholstery material is governed by the manufacturer's warranty. Rove Pakistan enforces these terms strictly. Any damage from spills or tears is not a manufacturing defect.

Mattress Warranty Guidelines

A good night's sleep is vital for your health. We stand behind the quality of our sleeping solutions. The warranty period for mattresses is 2 years. This protects you against sagging and spring defects.

Our assemblers check items upon delivery. If they find defects while opening mattresses or beds, we replace them. This replacement is free of charge but subject to stock availability. This ensures you receive a perfect product from day one.

Exclusions and Limitations

Not all damages fall under our Warranty Terms & Conditions policy. Rove Pakistan is not responsible for damage due to environmental factors. This includes issues caused by extreme temperature changes. High humidity levels can also harm wood. Water exposure is another major exclusion.

Wood is a natural material with unique character. We are not responsible for variations in color or grain. Texture differences and polish shades may also vary. These are natural characteristics, not defects. Rove Pakistan will be the sole judge if disputes emerge regarding these traits.

Installation and Maintenance Rules

Proper installation is crucial for your safety and warranty validity. The warranty becomes null and void if Rove Pakistan does not install the product. You must rely on our expert team for assembly.

Incorrect installation by third parties voids your coverage. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by vandalism or abuse. Lack of normal maintenance is another reason for claim rejection. Installing unauthorized replacement parts will also end your contract.

Cleaning and Care Instructions

Product care is a huge part of our Warranty Terms & Conditions. Customers should not use any chemical cleaning agents. This applies to both fabricated and wooden products.

Please look inside your package for the usage card. Follow Rove’s general usage and conditions card strictly. Ignorance of these care instructions can lead to denied claims. We want your furniture to last a lifetime. Simple care prevents most common issues.

Discounted Items and Sale Products

We often offer great deals on last-stock items. However, products sold with 40% and above discounts are final sale. These items are not applicable for warranty coverage.

These products are usually dead stock items. They may also be the last units available. Sometimes, they have minor defects caused during transportation. We price them low to reflect their condition. Please inspect these items thoroughly before purchasing.

The Claim and Settlement Process

We strive to handle complaints efficiently. Each purchase is eligible for exactly one replacement against a valid complaint. We cannot offer multiple replacements for a single item.

Final settlement of all warranty claims takes time. The process typically takes 1 to 3 months. This timeline is subject to part availability. We work hard to resolve issues faster whenever possible.

Complaints reported after the warranty period are treated differently. These issues are subject to necessary repair charges. Rove Pakistan will perform repairs at the cost price. We ensure you get support even after your coverage ends.
